Cancellations:


Under any circumstance If we suspect any fraudulent transaction by any customer or any transaction which defies the terms & conditions of using the application, we at our sole discretion could cancel such orders and if customer has already made any payments for the order we will return it.

Food/Grocery/Meat/Dairy/Vegetable/Fruit/Medicine

Cancellation By Customer: Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been packed by contacting to Distributor/Merchant. In such a case we will refund any payments already made by you for the order.

Cancellation By Distributor/Merchant: Distributor/Merchant have complete right to cancel your order under following scenario: due to unavailability of the items ordered or at times when customer provided address is not deliverable from our end or if the customer provided address is incorrect or incomplete and if customer has already made any payments for the order we will return it.

Cancellation By Customer: Yes! Cancellation is possible only before the product has been dispatched by contacting us.

Refunds:


Oriz Mart decision shall be final on any kind of refunds. Whereas refund amounts shall be credited to your account within 5-7 business days in accordance with the terms that may be stipulated by the bank which has issued the credit / debit card.
